Can You Chill is a muted, deeper navy blue with cooler undertones and flecks of violet micro-shimmer throughout. It had semi-sheer color coverage that applied unevenly in a single layer. I was able to build it up to semi-opaque coverage, but it had a more faded, washed-out look to it when applied because it just didn't layer that well. The texture had light glide, though it felt waxy to the point where it was like more wax depositing than color at times. It lasted for eight hours before fading visibly on me.
