NARS Park Avenue High-Pigment Longwear Eyeliner ($24.00 for 0.03 oz.) is a deep blue that bordered on purple with a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that was buildable, though I had trouble applying this one evenly on its own. In order to soften and smooth out the product, I used a small, detail brush to smudge it along my lower lash line. The texture was smooth, creamy, and it was comfortable to apply on my lower lash line and water line. This shade showed signs of migration after eight hours of wear on my lower lash line and was noticeably faded on my lower water line after six hours.
