Charlotte Tilbury Super Blue (Matte) is a very cool-toned, very dark blue with a matte finish. It is an eyeliner that is permanent in this palette: Super Blue.

Super Blue (Matte) is a blackened, navy blue with cooler undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage that was buildable to full coverage, and it seemed to get softer and more pliable (which yielded better coverage in a single layer) after I sharpened it once.
The tip broke off when I tried swatching it, but this wasn't an issue I experienced when I worked with it on my lower lash line--that should give a sense that it did have a firmer texture. It didn't quite tug, but it wasn't the most glide-on formula I've tried. The color showed signs of slight migration to the outer corners and a bit of fading after 12 hours of wear, and it had decent visibility after 16 hours but had continued to wear away and had more noticeable build-up in the outer and inner corners.
