Urban Decay Revolver 24/7 Razor Sharp Liquid Eyeliner ($22.0000 for 0.07 fl. oz.) is a dark gray with silver and teal shimmer. It had semi-sheer color payoff in one pass (and I did shake it up for about 20 seconds), and it didn't improve even after opening/closing the product over the course of a week to see if it would dry out any. The texture was thinner, somewhat runny and watery, and it was harder to control. Once on, the liner locked on for ten hours without issue. Liquid Liner was one of our original color products, and we’re always reinventing and improving it.
