Too Faced Sellout Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick ($21.00 for 0.23 fl. oz.) is described as a “matte soft pinky-brown.” It’s a muted, medium pink with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had mostly opaque color coverage that applied well and left behind a lightly tacky texture, but it was dry to the touch and didn’t lift color if I pressed my lips together. It lasted for four hours and faded unevenly. The formula was fairly drying. Maybelline Naked Coral (P, $7.99) is glossier (95% similar). Tarte Rose (P, $20.00) is warmer (95% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Universal Appeal (P, $54.00) is lighter (90% similar). NARS Justine (LE, $27.00) is lighter (90% similar). NARS Montego Bay (P, $28.00) is glossier (90% similar). Tarte TBT (P, $20.00) is darker, glossier (90% similar). MAC Teddy 2.0 (P, $22.00) is lighter, cooler (80% similar). Flower Beauty Petal Kiss (P, $6.98) is cooler (90% similar). Surratt Beauty Celestine (P, $34.00) is more shimmery, lighter (90% similar). KVD Beauty Lolita II (P, $20.00) is darker (85% similar). ColourPop With the Band (P, $7.00) is lighter, warmer (85% similar). Guerlain #01 (P, $33.00) is lighter, warmer (85% similar). Burberry Peony Rose (302) (P, $35.00) is darker (85% similar). Too Faced Feelin’ Myself Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick ($21.00 for 0.23 fl. oz.) is described as a “matte soft peachy-pink.” It’s a bright, medium coral with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had good pigmentation with a lightweight, thin consistency that looked streaky as it went on, but it eventually dried down to a mostly streak-free finish (my recommendation: stop fussing with it after it looks mostly opaque!). It wore for five hours and was somewhat drying. Makeup Geek Jitterbug (LE, $12.00) is cooler (90% similar). KVD Beauty Julia (LE, $20.00) is darker, cooler (90% similar). KVD Beauty L'Ecole des Femmes (DC, $21.00) is cooler (85% similar). NARS Fly Robin Fly (LE, $26.00) is darker, more muted (85% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Age of Consent (P, $55.00) is cooler, glossier (85% similar). MAC Tropic Tonic (P, $19.00) is darker, glossier (85% similar). Tarte Homeslice (P, $20.00) is darker, more muted (85% similar). Sephora First Date (70) (P, $14.00) is darker, more muted (90% similar). Charlotte Tilbury Super Cindy (P, $37.00) is darker, cooler (85% similar). Anastasia #1 (Vol. 1) (PiP, ) is darker, more muted, cooler (80% similar). Maybelline Honey Pink (P, $7.99) is darker, more muted, cooler (80% similar). Makeup Geek Soccer Mom (P, $12.00) is darker, more muted, cooler (80% similar). FORMULA OVERVIEW | Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick ($21.00 for 0.23 fl. oz.) is supposed to apply l ike a gloss but dry to “an ultra-matte, opaque finish” that is “never dry, shriveled, or cracked” that should “last for hours.” Most of the shades are unforgiving once they dry down and emphasize lip lines, look “cracked” if you smile, though they feel lighter-weight than they look. It’s one of the more unflattering liquid lipsticks I have tried as many shades highlighted lip lines, and while the lipstick itself wasn’t extremely clingy, there was a dryness present there that, at times, made my lips tingle/ache. For me, the wear was between four and six hours, as a lot of the shades faded unevenly and were faster to breakdown than the average liquid lipstick. The formula is thin, more water-like (reminded me of ColourPop’s formula but sometimes thinner) with a fairly quick dry-down time.

Youch! Beautiful colors, but I think my lips would be cracked and bleeding after a full day with that on! Ah well!

In other news, your eye look for Sellout is unbelievably gorgeous! :O

Well, I’ll be darned! Finally 2 shades from these Melted Mattes that don’t sound like utterly cruel lip torture! And both shades look really nice applied. Not all powdery and crackled!
I love the look on your face with Feelin’ Myself, like: “I’ve had it with these pains in the @$$ Saharan desert excuses for lipsticks!!!” ?
Or possibly relief that one finally didn’t feel like cement?!? ?

One A- across the whole range of Melted Mattes! You’d have to pick carefully which colour to go for to get a good result. Both shades look good on you, Feelin’ Myself is a touch too bright/warm for me. I could just about pull off Sellout though.
