Tarte Rose Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paints ($20.00 for 0.20 fl. oz.) is a muted, medium rose with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had mostly opaque pigmentation that went on evenly, but I had issues with the color drying down smoothly as it appeared "cracked" as I moved my mouth. The consistency didn't seem overly watery, but it ran thinner and dried down faster than other shades, so it was harder to work with as a result. This shade wore for closer to five and a half hours, but there was uneven fading across the lips due to how it "cracked" to begin with, so the color flaked away in some places. The formula was moderately drying on me.
