It's not often, but I definitely do. I'd say maybe 1 out of 5 times, I'll go out with nothing, and many times, just tinted moisturizer! (Thank goodness for tinted moisturizer!)

Yes, but I still try to buy products I want, not just anything. I also try not to spend TOO much, just because I'm in a bad mood, so that way I don't regret it a few days later!
