Urban Decay Cult 24/7 Velvet Glide-on Eye Pencil ($20.00 for 0.04 oz.) is described as a "deep, smoky matte green." It's a muted, medium-dark green with subtle, warm undertones and a very matte finish. It had mostly opaque color in a single stroke and was easily layered. The consistency was soft and glided on fairly well, but I still find that this formula is best applied in short strokes, rather than in fluid motions. It wore well for eight and a half hours before starting to thin slightly. MAC Devotion (P, $20.00) is the only shade that is even remotely similar, but it is brighter and shimmery.
