Urban Decay LSD 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) has a blackened navy base with flecks of lighter, brighter blue pearl and micro-sparkle. It had semi-sheer pigmentation applied in a single stroke, which was buildable to mostly opaque coverage, but it was under-pigmented and took some effort to build it up evenly.
The pencil had a lightweight, smooth consistency that didn't tug on my lash line, and I didn't feel the shimmer/sparkle in it, which was nice. It wore nicely for nine and a half hours before thinning visibly.
