Urban Decay LSD 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner)Urban Decay LSD 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) has a blackened navy base with flecks of lighter, brighter blue pearl and micro-sparkle.
