Tower 28 Fearless ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss ($14.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark berry with subtle, cool undertones and a jelly-like finish with lots of shine. It had sheer color coverage, which was as described, that applied fairly evenly across my lips but settled very slightly into my deeper lip lines--not noticeable in person, though. The texture was lightweight, smooth, and substantial, so it felt a bit more gel-like in that respect, but it wasn't thick or tacky. It lasted for two hours but was hydrating over time.
