Tower 28 Magic ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss ($14.00 for 0.13 oz.) has more of a transparent base with flecks of white gold shimmer and micro-sparkle paired with a high-shine finish. The gloss had a smooth, non-sticky consistency that was light-medium in thickness but comfortable and lightweight to wear. The product had good dispersion of the shimmer/sparkle that delivered sheer to semi-sheer "coverage" overall. It stayed on well for two hours and felt hydrating while worn.
