Tower 28 Fire ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss ($14.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a brighter, medium orange with moderate, warm undertones and a jelly-like finish. It had sheer to semi-sheer pigmentation that applied evenly across my lips and didn't emphasize my lip lines noticeably. The texture was smooth, spreadable, and lightweight without being tacky or too thin, so it was comfortable and plush to wear. It wore well for two hours, so it was shorter-wearing, but it was very moisturizing over time.
