Tower 28 XOXO ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss ($14.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a medium pink with subtle, cool undertones and a jelly-like finish. It appeared darker and redder in the tube but swatched more like cotton candy pink. Applied, it made my lips look darker and pinker, so I expect this shade to look different from person to person due to the sheerness.
The texture was smooth, lightweight, and non-sticky with a light-medium thickness that was spreadable and comfortable to wear. It could have applied a bit more evenly to my lips, especially compared to other shades in the range. This shade stayed on nicely for two and a half hours and felt hydrating over time.
