NARS Just What I Needed Powermatte Lip Pigment ($26.00 for 0.18 fl. oz.) is a muted, meidum-dark plummy brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had rich, opaque color coverage that applied evenly and was easy to maneuver along the edges of the lips. The texture was lightweight, thin but not watery, and dried down to a mostly matte finish (just a bit tacky). The color "cracked" very slightly at my deeper lip lines, though it felt flexible overall. It lasted for five hours and was non-drying.
