Milani I Am Motivated Bold Color Statement Matte Lipstick ($6.99 for 0.14 oz.) is a rich red with warm undertones and a satin finish. The pigmentation was opaque in one stroke, while the consistency was smooth, velvety, and lightly creamy and wasn't quite as thin as most shades in the range. The added thickness made it more flattering on my lips as it did not emphasize my lip lines or pull color deeply into my lip lines. It stayed on well for five and a half hours, was non-drying, and left a faint stain behind.
