Milani I Am Happy Bold Color Statement Matte Lipstick ($6.99 for 0.14 oz.) is a bright pop of medium, pink-coral with a satin finish. It had opaque color coverage with a smooth, velvety texture that was comfortable to apply and did not tug during application. While it felt lightweight, it separated along my lip lines and pulled color into my lip lines somewhat. It wasn't as noticeable from a normal viewing distance, thankfully, but it worsened a bit over time. This shade stayed on well for five hours and was non-drying.
