Slush Fund is a medium silver with cool undertones and a frosted finish. It had sheer coverage in one layer, and it required three to four layers to get more opaque coverage from it... which was only achievable on my arm but not on my lower lash line, lid, or lips. The texture felt smooth when I initially swatched it on my arm, but it was actually drier and so thin that it tugged on my lid and lips noticeably. It seemed kindest to my lower lash line, where it did not seem to have as much drag.
As an eyeliner, it lasted for eight hours but looked uneven and patchy. As an eyeshadow, it also stayed on well for eight hours before fading noticeably, but it was sheer, uneven, and the edges were impossible to diffuse/soften. As a lip product, the color went on unevenly, separated along my lip lines, and lifted away product each time I pressed my lips together, though didn't lift away stayed on for five hours (just looked terrible from start to finish).
