Igloo Bloo

Igloo Bloo is a medium blue with cool undertones and silver sparkle. It had medium coverage in a single layer, which was buildable to mostly opaque coverage with three to four layers. The product built up better than other shades, as it didn't become quite as patchy from layering, though it wasn't perfect. The texture seemed smooth initially, but there just wasn't much creaminess or slip, so it ended up drying down so quickly that it's difficult to diffuse/blend or play with it to ensure a good application.

It applied and wore best as an eyeliner, as it didn't tug or pull on my lower lash line, stayed in place for eight and a half hours, and looked fairly opaque/even. As an eyeshadow, it was difficult to apply evenly, as it was sheerer, patchy as it maneuvered along the curve my eyeball, and did not layer as well (without becoming patchier); it lasted for seven hours before flaking off in chunks. As a lip product, it applied unevenly, sank into lip lines, and tugged and pulled; to make matters worse, if I pressed my lips together (just gently!), the color lifted away and revealed bald patches, though the remaining color lingered for five hours and the formula made my lips feel painfully dry over time.
