ColourPop Chi Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick ($6.00 for 0.11 fl. oz.) is described as a "cool-toned nude beige." It's a muted, medium brown with subtle, neutral-to-cool undertones and a slight rosy tint. It had a matte finish with rich, opaque coverage that applied evenly and smoothly. It dried down to a transfer-free finish, but it wasn't as flat/pure matte as a lot of liquid lipsticks can be. It tended to stretch and show lip lines when I smiled, though the color itself lasted for six hours before fading. It was slightly drying.
