ColourPop Sage Bundle Jelly Much Shadow ($8.00 for 0.23 oz.) has a light, pinky-beige base with blue-to-teal shifting sparkle and pearl. It had semi-sheer color coverage in a single layer, so it worked better as a layering shade/highlighter than a standalone eyeshadow--definitely not the "intense" coverage marketed. It's a shame that so many brands seem to be afraid to specify that certain products are sheer!
The texture was watery, cool-to-the-touch, and thin with a lightweight feel and fast dry-down on my skin. It applied best with a fluffy, synthetic brush for smaller areas and a fingertip for all-over-the-lid application. I found a flat, synthetic brush was prone to pushing the sparkles around, which resulted in an uneven application. It wore nicely for 10 hours with a touch of fallout over time.
