ColourPop Call Me Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "deep, plummy brown." It's a dark brown with subtle, warm undertones and a totally flat, matte finish. It had semi-opaque coverage in a single stroke, and it was fairly buildable to opaque coverage with two to three layers. The pencil was lightly creamy and didn't skip or drag on the lash line, despite looking dry in the swatch, it is quite creamy until it dries down (which is almost instantly).
