ColourPop Call Me Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "deep, plummy brown." It's a dark brown with subtle, warm undertones and a totally flat, matte finish. It had semi-opaque coverage in a single stroke, and it was fairly buildable to opaque coverage with two to three layers. The pencil was lightly creamy and didn't skip or drag on the lash line, despite looking dry in the swatch, it is quite creamy until it dries down (which is almost instantly). Precision of a liquid with the ease of a gel based formula. Apply with a brush, we like a super fine, firm and synthetic angled brush. Dip tip of the brush, coat both sides – be careful not to pick up too much product! Work quickly, as the formula becomes transfer resistant once it dries. Do NOT leave opened for long periods of time or it will dry out and you will be sad. Be sure to close the lid tightly after each use.
