ColourPop Prance Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "bright periwinkle blue." It's a bright, medium cornflower blue with a matte finish. It had semi-sheer pigmentation with a lightly creamy consistency, though it was less creamy compared to the majority of the range. I found it hard to build-up coverage with this one without lifting the layer beneath it. The color lasted for seven and a half hours on me. ColourPop Prance (P, $7.00) is more pigmented, better quality (95% similar). Lethal Cosmetics Analog (P, $15.50) is darker (95% similar). KVD Beauty Nietzsche (P, $19.00) is darker (90% similar). Precision of a liquid with the ease of a gel based formula. Apply with a brush, we like a super fine, firm and synthetic angled brush. Dip tip of the brush, coat both sides – be careful not to pick up too much product! Work quickly, as the formula becomes transfer resistant once it dries. Do NOT leave opened for long periods of time or it will dry out and you will be sad. Be sure to close the lid tightly after each use.
