ColourPop Making Waves Crème Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a bright, periwinkle blue with strong, cool undertones and a slightly sparkly finish. It had more medium pigmentation in one stroke, though I was able to build up the coverage without it becoming uneven, which has often been an issue I've encountered with this formula. This shade stayed on well for seven and a half hours before fading visibly.
