Anastasia Prussian Blue Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a slightly muted, medium-dark blue with a frosted finish. It is a "warmer" blue, and when paired with its muted quality, made it more unusual. It had great color payoff with a smooth, blendable texture that applied well to the skin and was easy to use.
