Time is a subdued, medium black with cool undertones and fine navy blue and teal micro-shimmer that gives it a lighter, bluer coloring. The texture is soft, smooth, and thin, but it doesn't sheer out a lot. I did notice, however, that the shimmer often blends beyond the darker base color, so you will want to use this with a tackier base to maintain the intensity of the shimmer.
