Super Blue #3 is a medium-dark blue with moderate, cool undertones and a sparkling finish. The consistency felt slightly drier and more firmly-pressed into the pan than the other shimmers but was less emollient than the "sparkly" shade often has been in past quads. It had good color coverage applied dry but a dampened brush boosted pigmentation to full coverage and gave it a deeper, brighter appearance. This shade lasted well for eight and a half hours with faint fallout over time.
