Sugarpill Holy Ghost Loose Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 0.19 oz.) is described as a "sparkling deep sea blue with aqua and green reflects." It's a muted, medium-dark blue with subtle cool undertones and a pearly sheen with lighter aqua flecks of sparkle. The texture was very finely-milled and silky, which made it easy to blend out. It was semi-opaque when I tried it dry, though it was buildable. I had better pigmentation when I used it with a dampened brush, but it was easier to blend when it was dry.
