Touch in Sol Metallist Sparkling Foiled Eyeshadows ($18.00 for 0.04 oz.) is supposed to be “highly pigmented” and “shine with luxurious glitters,” which can be used with “fingertips or a synthetic brush.” I actually found application with brushes (synthetic or natural) to yield less fallout and a more even application of product than using fingertips. It was almost as if fingertips picked up too much product or product unevenly, which resulted in less-than-ideal application with more fallout than brushes.

The pigmentation varied from shade to shade, but most shades were medium to opaque, buildable, and blendable along the edges without fearing fallout. I had minimal fallout over the eight to nine hours they lasted for. If you have more sensitive eyes, I’d still recommend using these with an adhesive spray or base to ensure maximum adhesion during the day.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Had so much fun with them at Sephora last weekend! I’m still very much into Honey Brown, along with Holo Mulberry and Sun Aurora. The one that swatched in a crumbly, patchy mess on my arm was Aurora Taupe. I won’t even bother with that shade.
