Touch in Sol Honey Brown (2) Metallist Sparkling Foiled Eyeshadow ($18.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a rich, coppery brown with warm undertones and a glittering, metallic finish. It was incredibly pigmented regardless of whether it was applied with a brush or with a fingertip, though fingertips seemed to help smooth it and blend it out a little more readily than a brush--but then a brush had less fallout during application. The texture was soft, more loosely-pressed, and it had some fallout during application and would be best applied prior to base products. Once on , it stayed on well for eight and a half hours with slight fallout over time.
