Touch in Sol Holo Mulberry (5) Metallist Sparkling Foiled Eyeshadow ($18.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a medium, reddish-plum base with blue-to-teal shifting sparkle. and micro-glitter. It had opaque pigmentation when applied with fingertips but had light fallout during application, whereas a dry brush yielded nearly opaque coverage, though it wasn't quite as sparkly, with less fallout.
The texture felt more loosely-pressed and like a cream-powder hybrid--some smoothness, some slip, but it was drier and didn't feel like a true cream-based product to me. The color applied well to bare skin, blended out nicely with very little fallout during application (I get more with a powdery matte eyeshadow!) and stayed on well for eight and a half hours with the very slight fallout over time.
