Charlotte Tilbury Eye Colour Magic Collection Swatches
Launched last week, the Charlotte Tilbury Eye Colour Magic Collection includes four eyeshadow quads and four dual-ended pencil eyeliners. Per the brand’s website, the pencil duos seem to be permanent along with Copper Charge but the other three quads are limited edition. I know that Nordstrom will be launching the collection on March 26th.
Green Lights is exactly the same as The Rebel (2020), which released a little while ago — no idea why they wouldn’t just use the same name! Here are swatches!
The eyeshadow palettes are gorgeous, but I believe I have a lot of dupes in my collection already. Christine I look forward to your reviews! I am very intrigued by the eyeliner pencils and I sincerely hope they are long-lasting and smudge-proof!
I’ve got the blue and green and they’re amazing!!! I washed my hands numerous times yesterday and sanitized even more and they lasted almost whole day.
Only imagine the quality of them.
So sorry I didn’t get all the shades
I usually avoid the brand, but a couple of those double sided pencils are calling me.
Christine, in the email I received from CT it did mention that the green one is the Rebel but with a different name for this collection. How confusing!
Well, good to know I wasn’t seeing things! It’s listed on the page as well, but it makes NO sense to have them named differently!
I thought it looked a lot like Rebel. Crazy that they’d give it yet another name (maybe they should have named it Green Lights right from the start, since there was an earlier Rebel quad that was very different and that also led to some confusion!
They’re right…liners! And double ends, unlike brushes, can live vertically. Considering that CT nothing has worked for me, and MJB is no-go as well, probably ought to get only one. I thought it would be tough to limit my purchases to concealer and liner, but this spring has had sufficient great new liner options to slake my thirst.
Looking forward to your reviews, Christine 🙂
The eye quads are nice, but it’s the pencils that really have my attention! Especially Super Blue and Green Lights. Because I have Urban Decay’s Torch and Alkaline 24/7 pencils I don’t feel I need the other two double ended pencils.
Things I don’t NEED but desperately want! UGH, CT is my holy grail brand on so many products.
Wayne Goss reviewed these on his You Tube channel (his skin tone is close to mine) and he raved about the pencils. He mentioned one palette is a repackage of a previous one though.
The blue palette is like…. heart eyes popping out of my head emoji. But last year I bought a blue palette so this would be quite redundant.
I actually think the original Rebel palette would have been a better fit here.
I’m honestly surprised at how pigmented these are, given that the Pop color usually looks amazing in the pan but fades to nothing but glitter when swatched or used.
Never tried this brands eye shadows before. I was interested in the blue palette and eye liner but they have all sold out on Charlotte Tilbury’s site. Looks pretty though.
I feel like all the quads (except for blue) have missed out on a deeper shade. The colors run a bit too closely to each other for my liking.
Oooh – that green metallic liner is totally my idiom! I can’t wait to see if I have dupes (I’m thinking/hoping it might be similar to the dc’d Sephora Snakeskin Dress liner, which I have).
I have tried her eyeshadow before and was not impressed. Only one that’s new and interesting is the dark blue one. Will be looking forward to your reviews!
I’m always drawn to the eyeliners, I’ll wait for the reviews. With Sephora closed there’s no where else that I can go to try them now.
Well, these look mighty nice! I love the Copper Lights, Green Lights (which is exactly like the 2020 version of The Rebel – weird!) and Super Blues. The eye pencils look pretty good too. I look forward to the reviews.
Not really interested in the palettes. All 4 liners are calling my name, they are gorgeous.
Super Blue quad reminds me a lot of the 6 eyeshadow palette of Estée Lauder x Victoria Beckham.
I love that she went for beautiful jewel tones here.
