Mesmerising Maroon #3 is a light-medium, rosy copper with moderate, warm undertones and a sparkling finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in one layer, which was buildable to full coverage with less than half of a layer on top. The texture was smooth, despite how much sparkle was in it, and it didn't feel as "wet" as other "Pop" shades have in the past, and it seemed to have a lot more binder and creaminess to it overall. It applied evenly to bare skin with a smidgen of fallout during blending. this shade lasted well for eight hours before fading noticeably and had a touch of fallout over time.
