Copper Charge #4 is a muted, medium-dark copper-brown with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had a soft, velvety texture that was a smidgen powdery in the pan but had excellent adhesion to bare skin while retaining its blendability. It had rich pigmentation that applied evenly and lasted well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
