Skin: Very fair with cool undertones. MAC NW5-10
Favorite look: I used the Ciate Chloe Morello palette, volume 1, which I had not used in awhile. I used the lightest matte shade Tribe over the entire lid, Skinny Dip as my transition shade, Flirt in the outer V and to deepen the crease and a mix of Vacay and Dainty over the mobile lid. I used my Becca Shimmering Skin in Pearl for brow bone highlight and inner corner highlight. For lipstick I used a NYX lip pencil in Cherry over the whole lid with a balm on top.
Most used product: Nothing consistent this week. I didn’t feel up to doing much following my back injections so didn’t even apply makeup for most of the week.
Beauty discoveries: None.
My skin tone/coloring: Light medium, yellow undertones.
Favorite look you worn: It was pretty much an all Colourpop face – a slightly glimmery peach and chocolate eye from the Double Entendre palette with Zoeva Rock N Roll Bride liner and strong brunette brows, coral blush with Aura Voir highlighter and Cami matte lippie stix.
Most used product of the week: Skinnies sunscreen – it’s summer here and it is HOT.
Any new beauty discoveries: Deborah S. sent me a package full of goodies from Sephora US so I am looking forward to trying out Fresh lip products – I’ve heard a lot about them (both good and not so much) so I am very much looking forward to trying those out!

Favorite look you worn: Clarins Everlasting foundation in Linen, their blush in peach, neutral/peach eye shadow and lipstick in ginger.
Most used product of the week: Clarins Blush in peachy shades
Any new beauty discoveries: That I am really fond of Clarin’s makeup.
Skin tone/coloring: Light neutral skin tone, dark hair, green eyes
Favorite look worn: Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics palette (Commando as transition shade; Tempted to darken crease; and Instinct on outer lid, blended into crease) plus Mermaid from Tarte Rainforest of the Seas palette on center and inner lid. NARS Orgasm Blush, Givenchy Le Rouge lipstick in Framboise Velours.
Most used products of the week: I wore these products every day of this week: Clinique Brow Shaper in Charcoaled, Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation in Desert Beige, RCMA No-Color Powder, NYX eye shadow and face primers, and Tarte Shape Tape Concealer over Smashbox Under Eye Primer (a great combination!).
Any new beauty discoveries: For the first time, I wore red lipstick to the office (Ruby Woo), and I got tons of compliments!! I always thought red was a bit much for work, but my co-workers really liked it and said I should wear it more often. (I wore it with a very neutral, toned-down eye).
My skin tone/coloring: fair, cool
Favorite look you worn: from the Lorac Pro 2 palette, Beige all across my mobile lid with Light Brown in the crease and Annabelle self sharpening liner in the shade Cappuccino. I was actually surprised, when using this today again for this look, that the pencil tip fell out and there is either nothing left or the twist up feature isn’t working (I didn’t think I used this pencil all that much). I can’t recall what I used on my cheeks but on my lips, I had PatentPolish in Ruby. I used Marcelle City Multi-Protection Cream (basically a tinted moisturizer) on my face, mostly so I could make some progress toward finishing it before it expires. It was a nice, very natural and bright look.
Most used product of the week: Algenist Facial Oil and Eucerin Q10 cream. Oh, and Becca Backlight Priming Filter…I love that stuff.
Any new beauty discoveries: Just how nice that Marcelle City Multi-Protection Cream really is.

Any new beauty discoveries: I found a new-to-me indie company on etsy called Black Beauty Cosmetics. My order arrived Saturday, so I’m going to test them out today (Sunday) and see what I think. Shipping was really fast and prices were great, so that’s two positives off the bat.
