Tower 28 ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss Swatches (x9)

Tower 28 ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss ($14.00 for 0.13 fl. oz.) is available in two finishes: the original, more true jelly-like finish, which includes five shades, and a milky finish, which includes four shades. The latter was recently more recently. I’ve seen this formula get a lot of love lately within the community, so I picked up the original five shades when the milky ones launched. Here are swatches of all nine shades!

I’ve been thinking about them for a while — do you have tips for wearing lip gloss and not have a crazy mess on the facemask? Matte lipsticks seem fine with setting spray but so far no success with gloss.
I know some people use the plastic inserts, which create more space between the mask and your mouth!
I have masks that have a seam vertically down the nose, and tie behind my head instead of ear loops. This lets the mask fit more around my face instead of rubbing against my lips. I get a little bit of rubbing but I can wear glosses and satin lipstick under them.
I love these! They are one of my favorite gloss formulas and I usually don’t like lip glosses.
Yasss! Love these! I have Oat and Cashew, nice, natural and neutral shades. They are very smooth, uncomplicated lipglosses – not sticky, not too pigmented, and affordable. Oat replaced an old shade from an Essence gloss collection sold at Ulta years ago, that I had BIG LOVE for. I was devastated when I couldn’t find that $3 gloss anymore, it was perfection.
Sweet!! I’m really loving the looks of Fire, Almond and Spicy a whole lot. Very interested in hearing your thoughts on these.
I have Xoxo and for the past five months it has been my go-to lip product while working from home, during online meetings and mediations, you name it. It is like an oil-balm for the lips. This particular shade shows more “strawberry” on me. I absolutely love the texture: it melts into the lips, it is hydrating, with no sticky or oily feeling whatsoever. I also like the applicator, which is slim and precise.
I don’t think I’m going to break my no-gloss-buying streak anytime soon, but I like the milky names of the milky shades, ha ha.
I typically despise lip gloss but these have more of a gel like formula. I got the sampler set and while they are small, it is great to be able to see if I like the formula.
I have Magic and XOXO and love them both! :o) Excited to hear your thoughts on them.
I’m excited to see a new brand in the mix! I have also seen really positive comments about these around social media. They look pretty darn sheer which doesn’t work for me with lip glosses. Spicy is a pretty color that has more pigmentation so that one piques my interest.
Next to Lady Gaga’s Le Riot lip glosses, these have become my absolute favorite! I have them in XOXO, Spicy, and Chill. I love the sheer, natural, and juicy tint of color that XOXO and Spicy provide, and I use the Chill as a lip balm…..that’s how hydrating these glosses are (I’m someone with chronically dry lips, so believe me when I say that these are definitely hydrating!).
