Tower 28 Coconut is a moderately warm-toned, medium pink with a cream finish. It is a permanent lipgloss that retails for $14.00 and contains 0.13 oz.
Tower 28 Coconut ShineOn Milky Jelly Lip Gloss ($14.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a brighter, peony pink with moderate, warm undertones and a milky, cream finish with moderate shine. It had semi-sheer color coverage in a single layer, which applied evenly on my lips, though there was a smidgen of product that settled into my lip lines--it wasn't noticeable from a normal viewing distance.
The texture was smooth, more like a gel-like cream, so it had substance and some thickness but it wasn't heavy or tacky. It wore well for two hours and felt hydrating over time.
