Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Your skin tone/coloring: above, with freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.

Favorite look from the week: I did a look with the Nars Skin Deep palette, using Faster Pussycat all over my lid and a few of the matte shades in my crease, glowy rosy cheeks and Fenty Gloss Bomb in Fu$$y on my lips. It was really simple but so pretty and the burnished copper shade (Faster Pussycat) made my eyes look really blue!

Your most used product this week: All of my morning skincare products and my Missha M Perfect Cover BB cream.

Any beauty discoveries… I like that BB cream so much, normally, but I realized this week how much MORE I love it when I use my fingers to blend it into my skin. It’s perfection.

Skin Tone/Coloring: Light neutral skin tone, green eyes, salt & pepper hair

Favorite Look: EYES: ABH Brow Wiz, UD Naked3 Palette (Limit as transition, Buzz in crease, Burnout on lid, Factory on outer V, Strange on brow bone), Marc Jacobs Highliner in Over(night) to tightline upper lash line, Cover Girl Clump Crusher Mascara. FACE: Estée Lauder Double Wear Makeup, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, RCMA No Color Powder, Laura Mercier Secret Blurring Powder for Under Eyes (I use this product almost every day, but always forget to include it in my weekly “favorite look”), MAC Mineralize Blush in Sweet Enough. LIPS: MAC Creme in Your Coffee

Most Used Products: ABH Brow Wiz, Estée Lauder Double Wear Makeup, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, RCMA No Color Powder, Laura Mercier Secret Blurring Powder for Under Eyes, Cover Girl Clump Crusher Mascara.

Beauty Discoveries (old): This week, I’ve been using makeup from my stash that hasn’t gotten much love in awhile. I especially liked UD Naked3 and CP Double Entendre eyeshadow palettes, and MAC Creme in Your Coffee and Vegas Volt lipsticks.

Favorite look: It was a really simple look. I used the Armani Luminous Silk foundation in the shade 2, the Power Fabric Concealer in the lightest shade, Huda Powder in Sugar Cookie with Buxom blush in Goa. For my eyes I kept it really simple with just a light cool toned brown in the crease and transition and then I used Violet Voss Eye Glitter Topper in the shade Galactic Gem. It is a soft white base with green and pink reflect. I didn’t use it over any shadow just put it on my mobile lid and brought it around the tear duct. I lined by eyes with a Shiseido brown liquid liner whose name I cannot remember and the writing is so tiny that even with my glasses and a magnifying glass, I can’t read it. For my lips I lined them with Pat McGrath liner in Major Red and then applied Bite Beauty Outburst Lip Stain in Sangria Slush. I really love the lip stains from Bite but really haven’t had a dud from Bite so I shouldn’t be surprised.

Most used product: Armani Power Fabric Concealer and Huda Powder in Sugar Cookie. I have been using it both under my eyes and over my hyperpigmentation. I like it for everything except the hyperpigmentation. It covers that about the same as any concealer I have tried but it is super nice under the eyes and for that reason I will continue to purchase. The hunt for a truly concealing concealer continues.

Beauty discoveries: None this week.

Your skin tone/coloring: Fair neutral with a preference for cooler tones

Favorite look from the week: I got Melt Gemini, so it was Mochi in the crease, Fire OG buffed over it, packed Leo on the outer corner and Goals on the lid. I then took Smoke Sessions Sour Diesel as a liner and did an underliner sort of style.

Your most used product this week: CT Pillowtalk mini lipstick. I’m trying to pan it.

Any beauty discoveries (new or old): Not off the top of my head.

Your skin tone/coloring: Under my name; magenta/red hair; hazel/green eyes

Favorite look from the week: EYES — UD Primer Potion in Enigma. ABH Modern Renaissance: Buon Fresco (crease), Venetian Red ( inner 2/3 lids), Antique Bronze (outer 1/3 lid and deep crease), and Love Letter (brows). Violet Voss Pearl (inner corner). NYX Faux Black Eyeliner in Burnt Sienna smudged out with ABH Cypress Umber e/s (lower lash line). UD 24/7 Eye Pencil in Perversion (upper & lower waterlines). Pacific Dream Big Mascara (top lashes) and Hard Candy Stroke of Gorgeous Colored Mascara in Daredevil (outer corners of top lashes and all bottom lashes). LIPS — Beauty for Real Lipgloss + Shine in Kiss Me. CHEEKS — Natasha Denona Mini Diamond & Glow: Pink Champagne (blush) and Icy Nude (HL). FACE — E.l.f. Hydrating Face Primer; bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Gel Cream in Opal (01); e.l.f. HD Powder in Sheer; Sephora Collection Tranquil (contour); ND Icy Nude; e.l.f. Original Mist & Set.

Your most used product this week: Violet Voss The Rainbow Palette, Beauty for Real Lipgloss + Shine in Kiss Me, and usual dailies.

Any beauty discoveries (new or old): OLD — Beauty for Real Lipgloss + Shine in Kiss Me. I’d forgotten what a great gloss this is for adding a hint of blush pink color and shine. It’s good for wearing alone on days I’m not wearing makeup out but want some non-obvious color on my pale lips. It’s also nice for more intense looks, like the one above, where I had shimmer and sparkles on my cheeks and shimmer on my eyelids, and I wanted more subdued lips.

Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones

Favourite look from the week: Used my bareMinerals Soft and Smokey palette with In the Buff, the peach shade on the whole lid, with Mysterious Sky on the lower lid and A-Ha in the crease and paired it with the Colour Pop Foolish lipstick.

Your most used product this week: All my staples

Any beauty discoveries (new or old): I have pulled out the UD Mariposa palette today and have decided to use this one for the week to see what I can do with it. The only shade that is really out of sync here is the bright fuschia shade. There is very little context for the inclusion of this shade in the palette. However Money, Mushroom, Wreckage etc are pretty good.
