Fenty Beauty Hot Blooded & Sun Snatched Poutsicle Juicy Satin Lipsticks Review & Swatches
Hot Blooded
Fenty Beauty Hot Blooded Poutsicle Juicy Satin Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a rich, medium red with subtle, cool undertones and a cream finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which adhered evenly and smoothly to my lips without tugging. The texture was lightweight, balm-like without being overly slippery, and was comfortable to wear. It had a natural sheen that faded away after two to three hours, but it never looked fully matte. The color stayed on nicely for six hours, left a stain behind, and was lightly hydrating over time.

Formula Overview
$20.00/0.1 oz. - $200.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "bold" color with a "juicy, satin finish." They're bright, bold, and fairly pigmented (some being opaque, a couple being a bit under) with a smooth, creamy consistency that feels like a cross between a lipstick and a lip balm with a touch of tackiness but feels quite lightweight on. They have a bit of slip, so those who may find feathering to be a frequent issue may still want to pair with a lip liner or primer (but I didn't experience feathering myself).
The only shade that was particularly troublesome was Motorboat, which had less coverage and an uneven application. There was some of the feel of the Mattemoiselle range here, but it was definitely a glossier, creamier, and more hydrating direction. The shades lasted between four and six hours on me with some shades staining. The formula was lightly to moderately hydrating. They had a sweet, vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

Hot Blooded
LELimited Edition. $20.00.
Sun Snatched
Fenty Beauty Sun Snatched Poutsicle Juicy Satin Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a light-medium orange with strong, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had good color coverage in a single stroke, though it needed a second layer for fuller coverage. It had a smooth, lightly creamy texture that looked like it had more slip than it felt; it had a firmer, almost balm-like texture that was thin but not clingy. The color went on evenly, but there was a smidgen of product that sat in my deeper lip lines, though it wasn’t noticeable from a normal viewing distance. It wore well for four and a half hours and was moisturizing while worn.

These are really beautiful. I want them both.
Hot Blooded is so vivid and juicy-looking. I love it. I’m trying to practice restraint, as I have a couple of the dupes.
So glad to see these do so well. I want both of these colors!
These are simply stunning! If I didn’t have dupes for them, I would be running to get them both. Love a good orange and a popsicle red during summer!
Both of these are spectacular on you, especially with the eye look! SO beautiful and fun. Bright and tropical but still balanced.
Wow – these are great colours and I love them both.
Hot Blooded looks so gorgeous, juicy and so perfect!!
I NEED this!
I love the eye look you created for this post, and I actually really love how it looks with Hot Blooded!! These lipsticks both look beautiful, but I think I lean toward Hot Blooded, just because it looks so fiery
