Bite Beauty Unearthed Amuse Bouche Liquified Lipsticks ($24.00 for 0.25 fl. oz.) includes 10 new shades of the brand’s liquid lipstick formula. I’m a big fan of the formula, and I’m happy to relay that the new shades were generally quite good and consistent with the formula, which I’ve summarized below:
The Amuse Bouche Liquified Lipstick is supposed to be “moisture-rich, high-pigment” in a “liquified” consistency that has a “creamy, comfortable application.” It’s a lightweight, fluid consistency that was neither runny nor thick on the lips. It does not dry down and feels mostly like a liquid-form of a lipstick (and not so much like a gloss). The majority of the range was incredibly pigmented and spread evenly across the lips. Some shades had a bit of color that sat in my lip lines, which was noticeable from a normal viewing distance with a few but not all. It had a lightly tacky feel on the lips, which helped to adhere as none of the shades I have tested have feathered on me. The formula was lightly hydrating, wore for four to seven hours, and had a light, herbal, lemony scent but no discernible taste.
