Sneak Peek: Too Faced Peaches & Cream Blushes, Bronzers, & Highlight Swatches

Too Faced Peaches & Cream Blushes
Too Faced Peaches & Cream Blushes

Too Faced Peaches & Cream Collection launched six new blushes, two bronzers, and a highlighter. The blushes, one bronzer, and highlighter have a cream-to-powder formula, while one bronzer is a traditional powder, though it had quite a bit of overspray, and even after using a paper towel to remove it, it still seemed to have some shimmer. They seemed more pigmented swatched over a small area but sheered out a lot more on the cheeks than anticipated. I need to test them more to have additional insight on them, as these are a new formula (Sweetie Bronzer seemed like a typical powder, though).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Those blushes are really cute compacts..for some reason, they seem very 70s inspired to me..but I am not sure about that given I was too young to wear make up then haha..but the compacts look familiar in some way..something throwback-y for sure. Not impressed with the swatches so far though.

All I can say about that bronzer, is that it makes me crave pie..but not fig and peach pie! I haven’t smelled these but fig plus peach sounds not up my alley idk.

I have seen a couple of YT videos using these products and I have to say they were pretty impressive. Someone that I respect on YT, Emily Noelle used one in a tutorial and it looked beautiful. I actually think they swatch pretty well since they are a blush and generally would be used sheared out a little on the cheek. I have not purchased any Too Faced in awhile since they were producing bomb after bomb but if these receive good ratings I might have to get one or two.

I just received my order of So Peachy in the mail a couple days ago, and I’m still on the fence. It’s definitely not my favorite cream blush formula – and I’m quite a fan of cream blush in general – and I don’t know that I would call it cream-to-powder. It seems to remain creamy on my skin, it doesn’t seem to fully dry. I still need to give it a few more shots to make up my mind, but one thing is for sure, the scent is strong!

Bummer about the scent..I think the only thing I like scented sometimes is a lip gloss..the rest I like it to smell like make up. I think was it was it Loreal? Their lipstick smells so good..no added vanilla. Even Mac lippies can veer too much vanilla for me at times. The chocolate palette does smell good..but never got it just cause I don’t want Swiss Miss packet on me? Idk. Lol.

I resent Too Faced attempts to make me hate peaches through intense and excessive inundation. Let the peaches be! I thought this was all cute at first, but it has passed gimmicky into obnoxious and I’m irritated by the loads of faux peach scent and tiresome marketing. Foody capsule collections are twee and cute, but they get moldy reaaaal quick.
