Too Faced So Peachy Peach My Cheeks Melting Powder Blush ($30.00 for 0.44 oz.) is a bright, meidum pink with subtle, warm undertones and a satin sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in a single layer, though it was hard to maintain the same intensity applied and blended out on cheeks.
The texture felt creamy when I first swatched it, but all subsequent uses were much drier and more powder-like in the pan--it just seemed to dry out after being exposed to air for the first time. It felt and worked a lot more like a powder on my skin, but this particular shade sat better on than others and looked more like a cheek stain. The downside was that it did not apply well over foundation as it would lift the base noticeably. This shade lasted for five hours on me.
