Editor's Review

Urban Decay Spiderweb Vice Lipstick ($17.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a "satin red [with a Cream finish]." It's a bold, bright, medium-dark red with cooler undertones and a natural sheen. It had nearly opaque color payoff, but there's a very slight translucency that gives the lipstick a more gel-like finish overall. On me, it was still going strong after six hours of wear, and it was moderately hydrating over time. I didn't experience feathering personally, but it did have some slip, so it might be an issue for others! Smashbox Bad Apple (P, $24.00) is glossier (95% similar). Dior Ultra Dior (999) (P, $37.00) is darker, brighter, warmer (95% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Taylor (LE, $36.00) is cooler (95% similar). Bobbi Brown Imperial Red (DC, $37.00) is cooler (95% similar). Urban Decay Spiderweb (LE, $18.00) is less glossy (95% similar). Estee Lauder Boldface (P, $32.00) is darker, more muted, cooler (95% similar). L'Oreal Enamel Red (P, $9.99)(95% similar). Cle de Peau Dragon Red (P, $65.00) is lighter (95% similar). Buxom Provocateur (DC, $21.00) is glossier (95% similar). Bite Beauty Pomegranate (DC, $24.00) is cooler (95% similar). MAC Mind Control (LE, $19.00) is darker, more muted (95% similar). Shiseido Ruby Copper (RD501) (DC, $28.00) is cooler (95% similar). NARS Deadly Catch (LE, $26.00) is lighter (95% similar). YSL Brooklyn Baby (147) (P, $38.00) is more shimmery, more muted, warmer (90% similar). Guerlain #25 (P, $36.00) is cooler (90% similar).
