Urban Decay Electric 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner)Urban Decay Electric 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a bright, light-medium blue with moderate, cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that looked more opaque when applied as a lower lash line shade, but it was hard to build up to absolutely opaque coverage due to the slip.
The texture was slightly more emollient than other shades in the range, though consistent with the more metallic finish shades (which all run a bit creamier). It wore well for eight hours before fading/thinning visibly on me.

Line your eyes with a hint of color or opt for a graphic, dramatic look. Use them solo or combine with Urban Decay eyeshadows for more intensity. Created with 50 percent moisturizing ingredients suspended in a waterproof formula, 24/7 Eye Pencil gets a boost from vitamin E, jojoba oil, and cottonseed oil.
