Urban Decay Delinquent 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a blackened plum base with flecks of lighter purple sparkle throughout. The texture was smooth, lightly creamy without being too wet (more velvety than wet), so it applied easily across my lower lash line and deposited nearly opaque coverage a single, fluid pass. It lasted well for 10 hours before having a bit of product built up in my outer corner.
