Urban Decay Solstice 24/7 Moondust Eyeshadow ($22.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a medium-dark, plummy brown base with sparkling, duochrome shift between green and teal. It had semi-sheer color coverage applied dry and semi-opaque, buildable coverage applied with a dampened brush.
The texture was more loosely-pressed and seemed a smidgen drier compared to other shades in the formula, so it had moderate fallout during application and was best applied with a fingertip or a dampened brush as a result. It wore well for eight and a half hours with very minimal fallout, though nowhere near the 16-hours claimed.
The color and finish were comparable to the original release.
