Terra Moons Little Dipper is a moderately cool-toned, light duochrome with a metallic finish. It is a permanent eyeshadow that retails for $13.00 and contains 0.05 oz.
Terra Moons Little Dipper Pastel Chameleon Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a light, blue base with cool undertones paired with flecks of shifting shimmer that went from greenish-gold to purple. The shimmer gave it a bright, metallic finish that was smooth and shiny.
The texture was soft, lightly creamy but thin (without that being a bad thing!) and picked up well with a dry brush. It had opaque color coverage that lasted well for eight hours before showing signs of wear.

Pastel Chameleons are soft color shifting shadows that change their appearance depending on the lighting. They are hybrid shadows between an iridescent chameleon and a pastel shimmer. These are best applied with a primer to intensify the shift.
