Terra Moons Saturn's Rings Iridescent Chameleon Shadow ($17.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a transparent base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between silvery lilac, sky blue, and greenish-yellow paired with a metallic finish. The eyeshadow had a soft, lightly emollient consistency that had good adhesion but was still softer in the pan, so I'd use a lighter hand to pick up product initially, though I didn't find it particularly powdery or prone to fallout. It had rich pigmentation that wore well for eight hours before creasing slightly.
