Clionadh Seer is a slightly cool-toned, light duochrome with a metallic finish. It is a permanent highlighter that retails for $12.50 and contains 0.21 oz.
Clionadh Seer Powder Highlighter ($14.00 for 0.21 oz.) has a soft, sky blue base with a strong, duochrome finish that shifted between green and gold. It had a smooth, soft consistency in the pan that picked up well with dry, feathery brushes, so it was easy to adjust coverage for a sheerer effect, though the product had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single layer.
The duochrome shift was intense--it was very noticeable in person and really moved with the light, so it appeared less obviously "blue" in its base in person than in the photos. I also felt it looked perfectly blended in person but the way the blue came through in photos made that look less blended than it really was (I triple-checked!). The color lasted nicely for eight and a half hours before fading visibly.
