Smashbox Get Fired Be Legendary Lipstick ($21.00 for 0.10 oz.) is a bright, medium red with warm, orange-y undertones and a dusting of fine, gold pearl. It had good color payoff, though it didn't quite cover my lip freckle, but the color applied evenly across the lips. The lipstick had a lightweight feel that didn't migrate or feather beyond my natural lip line. I found the formula on this shade to be moderately hydrating as well as long-wearing at six hours.
